DCMS Annual Meeting October 5

The DuPage County Medical Society is pleased to welcome Lori Klinka as the featured speaker at the 2016 DCMS Annual Meeting, October 5. The meeting will be held at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle.

Lori's presentation, "People Don’t Come with Warning Labels" uses humorous characterizations to help us learn to resolve conflict and create a more productive work environment. We all have to deal with difficult people whether they are coworkers or patients. Lori’s goal is to have us learn specific skills that we can use on or off the job.

Lori Klinka has used her skills as a business woman, speaker, educator, producer and actress to bring an entertaining and informative style to her keynote speeches.

Lori is a member of the National Speaker’s Association and was voted “Member of the Year” in the Illinois chapter. She teaches Speaking and Acting at Columbia College in Chicago and has been nominated twice for an “Excellence in Innovative Teaching” Award.   Lori is currently writing her third book.

Lori has worked with Fortune 100 companies, healthcare, small businesses, not-for profits, associations, as well as doing individual coaching.
